The Ness Medi-Alarm is an easy to use emergency call system. The system is made up of two components, a main console which connects to the telephone line and a power point, and a small pendant with an emergency button on it. The pendant can be worn on the wrist like a watch or on a necklace around the neck.

The pendants are waterproof and can be worn in the shower, a place where falls are most likely. The wireless range on a pendant is generally the size of a standard house lot, therefore the pendant can be worn in the garden as well. Up to 8 pendants can be connected to the unit. This means that couples can have a pendant each if required.

On pressing the button our monitoring centre will follow your pre-arranged instructions. We can call relatives, neighbours or even an ambulance. Our team will take time to help you put together an appropriate list of contacts and gather any other relevant information that may be necessary in case of an emergency. We will also test the wireless range of your pendant to ensure best coverage.
